Hello! My name is Sarah Crane. In life, sometimes we need support from an unbiased professional. Whether it’s your first experience in counseling or not, we can work together to reach your goals. It’s important for me to support anyone who needs a safe non-judgmental space to share and process.

I have experience working with many populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and with many concerns including communication skills, anxiety, phase of life support, depression, adverse childhood experiences, and familial concerns. I obtained my Master of Science degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University.

My theoretical basis gravitates towards evidenced based approaches such as, cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems while pulling from other modalities when it benefits my clients. I am also trained in Brainspotting. I would be honored to support your journey as you grow and become the version of yourself you desire.
